1990年 宮崎県生まれ
7歳より書道師範の祖父の影響を受け、書道を始める
1997年から角井大拙に師事する
2007年 書道師範取得
2012年 就職
2016年 4年の勤務を経て、書道活動を再開
現在、個人や企業の依頼を受け、
日本語、英語と幅広く制作活動を行なっている。
その華奢な体軀からは想像もできない大胆で力強い筆には定評があり、注目を集めている。

1990 Born in Miyazaki Prefecture
Started calligraphy influenced by her grandfather who was a distinguished "shihan" or Master calligrapher.
Since 1997, she has been taught by 角井大拙 and received many awards in local competitions in Miyazaki prefecture.
2007 Obtained "Shihan" for calligraphy
2008 Received Yomiuri Student Grand prize for the 29th Yomiuri Student Calligraphy Exhibition. From then, she broadened her scope and entered national scale competitions and received many awards.
2016 After four years working, she decided to concentrate on calligraphy full time.
Currently, Ai has been working on projects for both individuals and companies, from artist names to shop logos both in Japanese and English.
Despite her small frame, her work has received praise for being dynamic and powerful.
